Mr. Pitta Sham joined PhillipCapital Group in May 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Finance (Multimedia) from Multimedia University, Cyberjaya (2001), and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the PNB Institute of Australasia (2003). He began his career as an Investment Analyst at a government-linked investment company, followed by six years as a Portfolio Manager at a bank-backed Islamic asset management firm. He then spent 13 years at a leading unit trust company, managing a range of domestic and regional unit trust funds. Mr. Pitta Sham is a licensed Capital Markets Services Representative (eCMSRL/C4790/2025).
MS. TAN SZE NEE

Ms. Tan was appointed as Fixed Income Manager of PCM in January 2015. She began her career with Phillip Mutual Berhad in August 2008 and was transferred to PCM in 2011 to grow the corporate and institutional business. Ms. Tan has a total of more than 12 years of experience in the financial industry. She holds a Capital Markets Services Representative License (CMSRL/B3906/2013).

Pn. Hazlin Omar joined PhillipCapital Management Sdn Bhd as Fixed Income Portfolio Manager in November 2020. She has more than 20 years of experience in both treasury and investment divisions of various financial institutions. Her main responsibilities are to manage/ assist in managing fixed income and money market portfolio for the clients. She is also responsible to carry out research activities and/or produce research reports on various companies, financial instruments, business sectors and general economies for investment decision making and reporting purposes. She holds a Capital Markets Services Representative License (eCMSRL/C0347/2021).
MR. FOONG WAI MUN

Mr. Foong Wai Mun joined PCM in November 2017 as Fund Manager. He has been working in the capital market industry since 2007 including as an equity analyst with CIMB Investment Bank, ECM Libra Investment Bank and Public Mutual Berhad. As an equity analyst, he has covered various sectors, such as consumer, property, REIT, technology, telecommunications and utilities sector both on the sell as well as buy-side. Prior to joining PCM, Mr Foong was an investment manager at BRDB Capital, a family office under BRDB Development managing the private wealth of the Group office. Graduated from University Tunku Abdul Rahman with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) Accounting, Mr Foong brought with him over 10 years of experience in the capital market industry and currently holds a Capital Markets Services Representative License (eCMSRL/B8207/2018).
MR. CHIA SIN KIAT

Mr. Chia joined PCM in June 2021 as fund manager. Before joining PCM, he was an investment analyst and portfolio manager at PHEIM Asset Management. During his tenure, he covered sectors such as utilities, logistics, property, consumers and also foreign country exposures such as the Philippines, Thailand, and Great China. Mr. Chia joined the firm with three years of experience in the capital markets industry and currently holds a Capital Markets Representation License (eCMSRL/C0122/2020). Mr. Chia graduated from University Utara Malaysia with a Bachelor of Industrial Statistics.
