Mr. Alfred Loke is currently Executive Director of Phillip Capital Management Sdn Bhd (PCM). He was the Head of Strategic Business Development of PhillipCapital Malaysia between 1 Mar 2015 until 10 October 2020 before move to Phillip Capital Management Sdn Bhd as Executive Director. Mr. Alfred Loke has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial industry mainly in the Unit Trust and Investment Management fields. His career began in Citibank Malaysia where he spent 7 years there before moving to Public Bank Berhad and RHB Bank Berhad. In 2007, he joined RHB Asset Management Sdn Bhd (formerly known as OSK-UOB Unit Trust Management Berhad) before advancing his career to PhillipCapital Malaysia in 2010. With his astute experience in the financial industry, he regularly gives talks on investment products along with conducting training. Awarded from the University of Derby, UK, Alfred is a Master Degree holder in Marketing. He also holds a Capital Market Service Representative License (CMSRL) with Phillip Capital Management Sdn Bhd.
ENCIK AHMAD SYAZNI HAFRIZ BIN MOHAMAD

En Hafriz has more than 14 years of experience in the financial industry, with a career focused on Product Development, Agency Support, and Distribution Channel Management. He currently serves as Head of Marketing & Product Development at Phillip Capital Management Sdn Bhd, a position he also previously held within the company from July 2020 to December 2023. Notably, he also served as AVP, Agency Support at Maybank Asset Management Sdn Bhd between December 2023 and October 2025. Hafriz initially joined the PhillipCapital Group in 2011, holding various Manager and Executive roles focusing on Retail, Marketing, and Agency Business Development. Throughout his tenure, he has gained significant expertise in establishing digital platforms, strategic campaigns, and navigating regulatory compliance with relevant regulatory bodies.
ENCIK SAZALI MOHD NOORANI

En. Sazali joined the Company as Head of Operations in December 2024. He has vast experience in the securities and financial services industry including stockbroking, fund management, investment advisory and the takaful sector.
Throughout his career, En. Sazali has held various Capital Markets Services Representative’s Licences among others in Dealing in Securities, Dealing in Derivatives, Fund Management, and Investment Advice, demonstrating his broad expertise and compliance with regulatory standards in the capital markets. He began his professional journey at TA Securities Berhad, where he was instrumental in the establishment of TA Unit Trust business. He later joined the Hong Leong Group, serving HLG Unit Trust Berhad before advancing to the role of Fund Manager at Hong Leong Asset Management Berhad to manage equity investments.
En Sazali was the Head of Admin and Finance at a German-headquartered fintech company, specializing in front and back office outsourcing solutions for insurance and takaful providers for 14 years before joining the Company in December 2024. He is responsible for the smooth running of the Operations Department of the Company.

Major organisations she has worked for are Deloitte, Southern Bank Berhad, Shell, Hitachi and Roundtable of Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO).

Ramli Abd Hamid is currently the Head of Legal, Compliance and Risk Management of PhillipCapital Malaysia Group (excluding Phillip Capital Sdn Bhd). He has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry including banking, unit trust and asset fund management. He began his career as an internal auditor at RHB Bank Berhad where he served the Bank for more than 7 years. He then moved to Eastspring Investment Berhad for another 7 years where his last position was Head of Compliance before advancing his career to Asian Islamic Investment Sdn Bhd as Head of Compliance and Risk Management. Prior to joining PhillipCapital Malaysia in 2015, he was the Vice President, Compliance for Asia Pacific region and Malaysia Office of Columbia Threadneedle Asset Management. En. Ramli is responsible in ensuring the Company conducts its business in compliance with regulatory requirement as well as internal policies and procedures including on matters related to Anti-Money Laundering. He is also the Compliance Officer registered with Securities Commission Malaysia for Phillip Mutual Berhad and Phillip Capital Management Sdn Bhd.

Fatin Fitriana Amran currently the Head of Internal Audit at PhillipCapital Malaysia Group (Group). She brings over 13 years of extensive experience in internal audit and finance, with a background spanning various sectors including financial services such as investment, commercial banking and insurance beside oil & gas, construction, e-commerce and government-linked companies. Throughout her career, she has held key positions at prominent organizations including Allianz Malaysia, AmBank, KAF Investment Bank, ECERDC, and PLUS Malaysia. In these roles, where she led the risk-based audits, conducted fraud investigations and IT governance enhancements. As the Head of Internal Audit, Fatin provides strategic oversight across the licensed entities within the Group by conducting regular audit reviews and delivers value-added recommendations to strengthen internal controls and support the Group’s overall governance framework.
Fatin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Universiti Teknologi MARA and is a certified member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia (AIIA). Her deep expertise and cross-sector experience contribute significantly to the Group’s strategic oversight, corporate governance framework as well as internal control.
