PMART Blue Chip Focus

Discretionary portfolio focusing mainly on investing in Blue Chip Stocks. Blue Chip stocks are typically well-established and financially sound companies that have operated for many years and that have stable earnings, often paying dividends to investors. While Blue Chip stocks typically have large market capitalization, they may not necessarily do. Blue Chip stocks are generally the market leaders or among the top companies in its sector. Although the portfolio focuses on Blue Chip stocks, it may invest a small portion into smaller capitalised stocks that have good earnings and growth prospects but may not have a long history of being listed on the stock exchange.

Discretionary portfolio of Exchange Traded Fund (ETF). An ETF is a type of security that tracks an index, sector, commodity, or other asset which can be purchased or sold on a stock exchange the same as a regular stock. An ETF can be structured to track anything from the price of an individual commodity to a large and diverse collection of securities. ETFs can even be structured to track specific investment strategies.

PMART UT

Discretionary portfolio of EPF approved unit trust funds which also allow investors to invest into multiple unit trust funds from a single withdrawal through EPF – MIS. Each withdrawal will be invested into multiple UTMCs. The portfolio will be regularly reviewed and adjusted as needed, especially in the event of a major change.

PMART Dividend Enhanced

Discretionary portfolio that applies Dog of the Dow Approach which follow an empirical study done by Wright State University and Umea University show that it is more profitable to build portfolio with high dividend yield stock than conventional approaches of stock picking. Dividend Enhanced also targeting on income driven focused product generating returns from capital appreciation and income distribution from selecting advantageous dividend yields by selecting top market cap stocks minimizes the unsystematic risk and liquidity risk and minimal human interventions bringing about more consistent results.

Discretionary portfolio investing in stocks with a high overall ESG rating based on the list of stocks under the FTSE4Good Bursa Malaysia Index (F4GBM). The rating is assessed by FTSE Russell in accordance with the FTSE Russell ESG Methodology with a blend of top-down and bottom-up approach.

Discretionary portfolio that focuses on investing in listed United States equities, utilizing quantitative investment method. The objective of the portfolio is to achieve long-term total returns that potentially surpass the performance of the benchmark. The portfolio is actively managed with the strategy to invest in companies with robust fundamental growth that are currently trading at comparatively lower valuations. This portfolio is specifically designed for investors seeking long-term total returns and requires a minimum investment period of 5 years. Additionally, investors should be willing to tolerate occasional significant fluctuations in the net asset value under normal market conditions.

PMART UT Flexi

Discretionary portfolio that focuses on investing in all unit trust funds that approved by or registered with Securities Commission and domicile in Malaysia. Investors are allowed to invest into multiple unit trust funds from a single investment. Each investment will be invested into multiple UTMCs. The portfolio will be regularly reviewed and adjusted as needed, especially in the event of a major change.
